In our endeavour to ensure the deployment of skilled and competent personnel and minimise occupational risks and hazards at our office and project site, our staff were given a one day First Aid training on 02.04.2022.
All employees attended the training programme. The attendees were given training on aspects of initial care to be taken during an accident / illness. The areas of training included treating wounds, bandaging, shock, fractures etc before getting assistance from a medical practitioner with the aid of basic first aid materials available at site.
The programme was by conducted Ms. Jayalakshmi, of the National Safety Council, Chennai Branch.
A test was conducted to assess the training effectiveness and certificates were awarded to all the participants.
In an initiative to improve the communication skill sets of the employees a one day training programme on Effective Communication Skills was organized. The training session was held by Mr. Ravi Ramanathan - Director, Ramanathans Effective Public Speaking Institute. It helped the team in improving their communication, time management skills and also boosting their self-confidence levels. The team has also eagerly implemented their learning in their day-to-day-interactions.
